Failing to keep right drew attention to a man from Homer driving on Rt 281 on Friday night.
However, Cortland County Sheriffs Deputies say Larry Gantt, 62, wouldn’t pull over until he got to Preble.
Officers say he offered no resistance once he stopped.
Police say they found a needle and marijuana, and gave Gantt tickets for Fleeing Police, Unlicensed Operation, Reckless Driving.
Gantt was arraigned in Preble court, and sent to the Cortland County Jail awaiting $2,000 cash bail and police say he’s due in Homer Town Court on June 5.
A man from Marathon was arrested a little after 3:30 Saturday morning after his pickup truck was spotted in Lovell Field Park.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies report that Derek Cross, 30, was found to be intoxicated, and charged with DWI, Unlicensed Operation, Trespass and Drinking Alcohol in a vehicle.
Cross was arraigned, released and has an appointment with Marathon Court on June 13.
Deputies say there were others in the pickup, the investigation continues and more charges are pending.
A couple of cars parked in the JM McDonald Centers lot off Fairgrounds Drive in Cortlandville after 1 am on Saturday caught the attention of Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies.
After checking the vehicles, Kristina Gaul, 30, who lives near there, was arrested for having marijuana.
Police say Gaul was released until a future Cortlandville Town court appearance.
Christopher Doupe, 26, of Tully, was arrested by Cortland County police on Saturday afternoon.
Doupe is accused of damaging and stealing items from Walmart.
Doupe is to answer to appearance tickets for Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief in Cortlandville Town Court on June 11.
