Man Accused In Death of Two Year Old Due In Court

The man accused in the death of two-year-old Kassidy Dains is due in Town of Cortlandville court Tuesday afternoon.

Dorain Bohn, 29, is charged with Criminal Negligent Homicide and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

According to Cortland County District Attorney Patrick Perfetti, Bohn confirmed to police he had been drinking alcohol on Thursday night when the girl’s death was discovered.

Bohn was in court on Monday and returned to the Cortland County Jail and Cortlandville Town Court Justice Lenore LeFevre continued bail at $50,000 or $100,000 bond.
