Update: Driver Charged Following Overnight Cincinnatus Crash

On Thursday, we told you about a one-car rollover crash on Rt 41 in Cincinnatus. It happened just after midnight and County Police have provided this update to our earlier story.

Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies say the driver of a 2007 Jeep told them he swerved to avoid an animal, lost control and rolled it over.

Cincinnatus Ambulance took Skyler Kenyon, 22, of Cortland, and two female passengers to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Deputies say their injuries were serious but non-life threatening.

Kenyon was charged with DWI, felony Unlicensed Operation, No Seat Belt, Failure to Keep Right, and possession of Marijuana.

Kenyon was released, to appear in Cincinnatus Town Court on December 20.
