Troopers Arrest Man From McGraw For Using Stolen Credit Card

New York State Police at Owego arrested Michael Thornton, 24, of McGraw, on Thursday for the the felony of Grand Larceny.

Thornton was wanted on an arrest warrant stemming from an investigation into a stolen credit card reported being used by him in February 2017.

He was arraigned in the town of Richford Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 property bond.

Thornton is scheduled to return to the town of Richford Court on Monday.

Note: State Police revised the location of the Town Court to Richford.
