Deputies Arrest Two People Who Fled From Stopped Vehicle In McGraw

Two people in a car stopped by Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies on Main Street in McGraw bailed out and ran off Thursday at about 11:30 am.

County police say the driver was speeding.

Officers say the driver, Robert Milliron, 29, of McGraw, ran through a back alley, hid, and changed his clothes.

His big sister, Sara Milliron, 31, of Clinton, ran into an apartment building.

Deputies say both were soon following a short search.

Robert Milliron faces charges of:

  • Resisting Arrest
  • Obstructing Governmental Administration
  • Unlicensed Operation
  • Speeding

Sara Milliron was charged with:

  • Resisting Arrest
  • Obstructing Governmental Administration
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance,
  • Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument

Following arraignment in Cortlandville court, both were sent to the Cortland County Jail awaiting bail, and their next court date on Monday.
