Kyle Dayton, 23, pleaded guilty in Cortland County Court Tuesday to a felony charge of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Reckless Driving and Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer.
Dayton was widely seen in a video of a police chase that ended at the County Highway Department on Traction Drive off Homer Avenue in March. (See the video on our Facebook page.)
State Police issued Dayton 58 traffic tickets and City Police issued another 46 tickets.
The plea would satisfy all of those.
Dayton must also pay $125 to the homeowner who’s lawn he drove over.
Sentencing will be scheduled in December before Judge William Ames retires.
Dayton could receive a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.
