Cortland Police arrested a man from Smithtown at about 12:30 am Saturday morning.
He was identified as Michael Shuder, who is only 20.
Police say he had alcohol and used a fake ID to get it.
Shuder was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, Unauthorized Use of a Driver’s License and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
He was released to reappear at the end of the month.
At about 3 am Saturday, Dylan Weaver, 18, of Caroline, was arrested after police say he pointed an air pistol and threatened to shoot two people.
Cortland Police report that it happened at a home on Madison Street.
A 26-year old man and 35-year old woman were targeted, according to officers.
Weaver was charged with Menacing and felony Possession of a Weapon.
He was allowed bail of a thousand dollars and is due back in court Tuesday.
A 19-year old from Holbrook was arrested Friday night around 10:30 pm for selling alcohol to someone under 21 years old.
Cortland Police say it happened at a home on Owego Street.
Christian Rodriguez was released until court on October 20.
A man from Cortland going the wrong way on Main Street was arrested Sunday evening just after 5 pm.
Cortland Police say Kenneth Gates, 59, was given several tickets including going the Wrong Way, Unlicensed Operation and Reckless Driving.
Police say he drove the wrong way on Main, but also wouldn’t pull over and kept driving through the city.
