The City of Cortland credit rating is A+ Stable, and that can make borrowing less costly.
According to information provided by Mayor Brian Tobin, Standard and Poor’s likes the city’s management, good financial policies and practices, and you can bet the Mayor likes that credit rating.
Tobin points out the work of City Council, Mack Cook, and all employees to meet city financial goals.
