A Canandaigua man was charged with aggravated DWI on Tuesday after State Police stopped him in Solon and found that he had a blood alcohol content almost 4 times the legal limit.
Just before 4 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, State Troopers stopped a car for speeding on McGraw Marathon Road.
During the stop, the driver, 34-year-old Dustin Little of Canandaigua was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Testing determined that Little had a B.A.C of .30%, the legal limit is .08%.
Little was ticketed and released and is due in court on May 13th.
