At about 10:30 am Saturday, Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies were summoned to check a disturbance at the Cortland Motel on Rt 11 in Cortlandville.
It turns out one of the people involved was Kimberly O’Neill, who is 35 and told police she has no place to live.
However, she is wanted by police in the City of Cortland for an outstanding warrant for Petit Larceny.
County police officers also report finding a hypodermic needle in her possession.
She was ticketed to appear in court on April 4 for Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
O’Neill was turned over to city police to answer to her warrant.
