Police Look for Suspect in Cortland Ramada Theft Case

Cortland City Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft at a local hotel.

Last week, Cortland Police responded to the Ramada Inn on River Street after a guest there reported his belongings had been stolen. The victim tracked his items to another room. Police responded and found stolen items in the room.

One suspect 32-year-old Danielle Garrow of Central Ave. was found in the room. Garrow was charged with possessing stolen property and possessing marijuana.

A second suspect escaped, security footage shows a white male with dark hair, a goatee. At the time, he was wearing a leather coat over a yellow sweatshirt.

If anyone has any Ramada suspectinformation they are asked to contact Cortland police Sergeant Daniel Johnson or Lieutenant David Guerrera at 607-758-8301.
