Cortland Police Stop A Car, Seize Oxycodone Pills

Cortland Police stopped a vehicle on Main Street Friday afternoon then, arrested Matthew Clark after a look inside.

Police tell us he’s charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, unlicensed operation, and for having dark tinted windows.

Officers report finding oxycodone pills, and say Clark, who is 30, admitted he was going to sell them.

Jessica Bollinger, 26, of McGraw was also in the vehicle and police say she had a dozen oxycodone pills, which she admitted she was going to sell.

Bollinger was charged with drug possession and for having marijuana.

Both Clark and Bollinger were ticketed to appear in court on January 18.
