Trump Wins Cortland County, NYS For Clinton And Schumer

Hillary Clinton won New York State and Senator Charles Schumer was re-elected.

As of 11:55 pm, unofficial returns from the New York State Board of Elections show the Democrat ticket of Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine with a 58%-37% lead over Republicans Donald Trump and Mike Pence with about 94% of the vote in.

In the race for the Senate, Democrat Charles Schumer cruised to victory. With about 94% of the vote in, Schumer leads by 67%-26% over Republican Wendy Long.

With 100% of the votes reported in Cortland County, Trump beat Clinton 49%-43%. Senator Schumer is outdrawing Long by 61%-36%.

Vote totals are unofficial and absentee ballots will be added.
