The federal labor department’s Job Corps is interviewing 16-24-year-olds for jobs.
Jobs for auto mechanics, auto body repair, medical and business office, nursing, construction, culinary arts, security guard and more at no cost.
The program is for high school grads and non-graduates and includes up to two years of education and training.
The meeting is at 11 Monday morning at the Cortland Works Career Center on Main Street.
If needed, a student can also get a NY State High School Equivalency (TASC) or high school diploma at the same time they train for a career at Job Corps.
