Plea Agreement For Man Arrested In Homer

Local News

On Tuesday, a man who used to live in Cortland agreed to a plea arrangement to settle a charge for driving under the influence of drugs.

In January, Daniel Kolb, 25, was pulled over after failing to stop at the intersection of James and Fulton Streets in the Village of Homer.

The arrangement requires Kolb to stay off drugs and continue counseling in Erie County – where he now lives.

The agreed-upon sentence: probation for five years.
