It’s back to school time, and time for local governments to dig into their fall agendas.
Cortland City Council meets Tuesday night.
Among the items on its agenda is one to declare this Suicide Prevention Week, and to learn of plans for the Suicide Prevention Walk and Resource Fair on September 15.
Council is also expected to set a date for a public hearing on a proposed Facade Renovation plan for the Central Business District.
The Homer and McGraw Village Boards and Groton Town Boards also meet Tuesday night.
A group concerned about what they see as a lack of crossing guards in McGraw plans to voice its concerns at that village Board meeting.
