Fatal Deer-Motorcycle Accident Early Friday In Summer Hill
Local News July 15, 2016Homer Fire and Rescue volunteers responded to a fatal motorcycle-deer accident early Friday morning on Hinman Road, off Rt 90 in Summer Hill.
The Cayuga County Sheriff believes the accident happened just before someone saw it and called 911 at about 5:11 am.
UPDATE: 4 pm: Sheriff David Gould identified the operator of the 2007 Suzuki motorcycle as Susan Withers, 65, of Route 90 in Cortland. The sheriff indicates she was headed south on Hinman Road at the time.
