Lorie Maricle, 22, faces felony charges and surrendered Thursday.
Deputies say the RV was reported stolen last November from property in the Town of Freetown.
Police say a tip led investigators to where the RV had been removed to in Tompkins County and that trail led to Maricle.
Maricle is scheduled to be in Cortlandville Court on May 18th.
