Cortland County Sheriffs deputies tell WXHC they received a tip about a methamphetamines lab in Cuyler.
Friday evening at about 5 pm, they went to Bret Eccleston’s home 7593 West Keeney Road.
Deputies say they found the 24-year-old and also saw the ingredients to manufacture meth.
Eccleston was charged with felony manufacturing, possession and disposal of meth lab material. He’s in the Cortland County Jail awaiting $100,000 cash/$200,000 bond bail.
Eccleston is due back in Cuyler court this week, according to sheriff’s Investigator Sgt. Garry Williams.
A State Police team trained in the sometimes dangerous task of disassembling meth labs was brought in Saturday morning.
The DEA and Cuyler Fire Department also assisted deputies.
The Sheriff’s office indicates there could be more arrests.
