Don’t Forget To Turn Your Clocks Ahead Tonight!

What We're Talking About

Daylight Savings Time returns on Sunday at 2am. The bad news is that we lose an hour of sleep as we move the clocks forward one hour when we go to bed on Saturday night. The good news is that it’ll stay light an extra hour at night.

Some tips to help you deal with Daylight Savings Time, courtesy of ABC News:

Eat dinner a little earlier. Our sleep cycle is impacted by our appetite.

Use a Light Box to Ease Into the Day. Use an alarm that slowly brightens as you wake up.

Take an afternoon nap.

and avoid screens before bedtime.
