6th Annual YWCA Cortland’s Chef’s Takes a Stand Raises $25,000 – Winner’s Announced For Dream Big Raffle
The YWCA of Cortland’s 6th annual Chef’s Take a Stand was another major success. The YWCA of Cortland says this year’s event raised $25,000, which will go directly towards supporting survivors of domestic violence in the Cortland community.
“This event wouldn’t be possible without all of you and your individual contributions to the cause year after year. It certainly wouldn’t be as fun! Your desire to create such incredible food keeps our supporters coming back every year and we can’t thank you enough.”
The YWCA of Cortland said.
The winners of the YWCA of Cortland’s annual Dream Big Cash Raffle were also recently announced. This year, out of the 250 tickets available, 206 were sold. First place in the raffle went to Marc Dawson, with 2nd going to Tim Johnson and 3rd place to the 9am Exercise Team. Money raised in the raffle goes towards vital community programs and services. The YWCA says all winners have been notified.
