This morning’s (February 1) Meet Cortland County segment featured YMCA Executive Director Noah Beck and Events Coordinator Hannah Gibbons-Arthur, who spoke with Vinnie Bellardini about their upcoming “Heart of the Community” fundraiser.

The “party with a purpose” is set for Valentines Day (Fri., February 14) from 6 to 9 pm at the Lynne Parks ’68 SUNY Cortland Alumni House, located at 29 Tompkins Street.

Attendees can look forward to live music with Steve Daniels and Friends, appetizers and horderves from Hairy Tony’s and East Side Bakery, and a cash bar provided by Homer Hops.

A $50 entrance fee ($45 for YMCA members) will go towards the many youth and family programs hosted throughout the year by the Cortland County Family YMCA. Each ticket includes a free drink coupon.
