The county has announced who’s getting a part of the American Rescue Plan, Up to $1 Million for community development and improvement projects and Covid-19 response.
Tuesday county officials voted on the proposed projects.
Fourteen of the projects were voted on, bt just five were selected to receive their full requested amount, including the CNY Living History Center, Cortland Community SPCA, Cortland Agriculture corp., Catholic Charities of Cortland County and Cortland County Holstein Club.
The committee has allocated at total of $3.5 million dollars for such projects of the total $9.2 Million dollar fund from the American Rescue Plan awarded to Cortland County.
