Three people are in the hospital after a serious crash in Dryden yesterday evening.
Authorities responded just before 7:30 p.m. to State Route 13, near Lower Creek Road.
State police investigators say a 19-year-old Groton female was traveling northwest when she crossed over the center line and struck another vehicle head on, which ended up top of a guiderail.
Inside was a 23-year-old male driver from Lisle and an 11-year-old female passenger from Groton.
All three individuals got rushed to Upstate Medical Center, where they are now being treated.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
