The Cortland Crush will take on the Oneonta Outlaws in a New York Collegiate Baseball League doubleheader beginning at 5pm tonight at Beaudry Park. The teams will make up a game postponed last Tuesday by weather in addition to their regularly scheduled game. Yesterday, Wesley Burghart went 2-5 with a run scored and an RBI as the Crush beat the Syracuse Salt Cats 7-5 to even their record at 2-2.

In Minor League Baseball, Buffalo beat Syracuse 4-2 in a game which was called in the Top of the Sixth inning due to rain. The teams will play tonight in Syracuse. Meanwhile, Binghamton beat New Britin 7-3. The B-Mets are at Akron tonight.

Congratulations to the Skaneateles (Class C), West Genesee (Class A) and Manhasset (Class B) High School Girls Lacrosse teams for winning New York State Championships this past Saturday at the SUNY Cortland Stadium Complex.

Game three of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals is tonight in New York. The Rangers, down 2-0 in the series, will host the Los Angeles Kings. Captain Dustin Brown tipped home the  Game-Winning Goal on  Saturday night to give the Kings a 5-4 win in double-overtime to extend the series lead.
