The SUNY Cortland Men's Lacrosse team hosts Oneonta State in the SUNYAC conference Semifinals today at the Stadium Complex today at 4pm. The host Red Dragons are 13-3 on the season and the top seed in the tournament with their 6-0 regular season conference record. The visiting Red Dragons are 5-10 overall and went 3-3 in league play this season. The winner of this game will meet the winner of today's game between Plattsburgh and Potsdam for the championship and automatic birth into the NCAA tournament. The Championship game will be held at the highest remaining seed after today's action.

The two schools in the SUNYAC with the nickname " Red Dragons " will see a lot of each other in the next few days. This year's Softball tournament will be held at Oneonta ... and the host Red Dragons will play New Paltz tomorrow morning while the visiting Red Dragons take on Buffalo State in the first round. On Friday, the two Red Dragons Women's Lacrosse teams will meet at 12:30 in Cortland in one SUNYAC Semifinal, while Geneseo and Fredonia meet in the second game. Also, the Baseball teams will meet at Noon Friday to open this year's Baseball Tournament.

In Minor League Baseball yesterday, Indianapolis salvaged the final game of their four game series with Syracuse, winning 3-2 in a game which featured five solo home runs. The Chiefs have today off. Meanwhile, the B-Mets fell at Akron 4-3 last night and will play a midday "school kids special " this morning at 10:35.

In the AHL, Binghamton travels to Wilkes Barre/Scranton for game three of their Calder Cup first round series, which is knotted at a game apiece.
