Carmelo Anthony says he'd like to stay with the Knicks, but only if new team President Phil Jackson can build a winning team around him. Anthony could make as much as 35 million more dollars over 5 years if he signs with the Knicks over another team. But Anthony says he won't base his decision solely on finances.

The SUNY Cortland Women's Lacrosse team got by St John Fisher 15-12 yesterday, in a battle of two of the nation's Top 20 in Pittsford. Kristin Ohberg and Erica Geremia led the Red Dragons with two goals and three assists apiece and Emma Hayes-Hurley and Tara Monaghan each scored four goals. SUNY Cortland is 13-0 on the season.

The TC3 Men's Lacrosse team fell to SUNY Delhi 15-12 yesterday. Homer grad Austin Recor scored four goals and added an assist and Josh Maxson (Homer) chipped in an assist.

The TC3 Softball team split with SUNY Broome yesterday. The Panthers lost the first game 13-3 and won game 2 10-3. Groton alum Ruthanne Forehand picked up the win in the circle for TC3 and added a double on offense. Macey Moor (Fabius-Pompey) went 2-4 in game 2 for the Panthers.

The TC3 Baseball team also split with SUNY Broome yesterday, winning game 1 5-4 and losing game 2 19-8.

In High School Baseball, Union Springs beat Marathon 7-2.
