Carmelo Anthony has a slight tear in the Labrum in his left shoulder and will miss the rest of the season with the Knicks, who are eliminated from post-season contention. Some feel that 'Melo has played his last game with the Knicks and that he will go elsewhere during the offseason.

Running Back Chris Johnson. recently cut by the Tennessee Titans, visited the New York Jets practice facilities yesterday. Johnson took a physical and was seen at last nights Knicks/Nets game in Brooklyn. He says he's taking the free agency process " one day at a time ". At least three other teams are rumored to be interested in Johnson, including the Buffalo Bills.

Speaking of the Bills, Donald Trump says he's going to give buying the team " a serious shot ". Trump says the team will stay in Buffalo if a deal can be reached.

The SUNY Cortland Men's Lacrosse team will make up their game at Nazareth today, which was postponed by weather yesterday.

In Minor League Baseball, weather postponed both the Syracuse Chiefs doubleheader with Lehigh Valley and the B-Mets single game at Portland. Both series have single games schedule today.

In the American Hockey League tonight, the Syracuse Crunch will play their final home game of the season vs. Adirondack tonight. The Crunch are out of the playoff hunt. Also tonight, two playoff bound teams meet in Binghamton as the Senators meet the Toronto Marlees.
