The SUNY Cortland Men's Lacrosse team pulled away late and beat Oswego 10-4 yesterday. Joe Slavik scored twice and assisted on 2 more goals and Lafayette native Nate Beresavoy added two goals to highlight Cortland's scoring. The Red Dragons are 3-0 in the SUNYAC and 9-3 overall.

Meanwhile the # 2 SUNY Cortland Women's Lacrosse team edged # 5 Middlebury 12-10 in Vermont yesterday.  Kristin Ohberg netted a career-best 4 goals and Emma Hayes-Hurley scored twice, including the game-winning-goal, and added an assist. The Red Dragons are 11-0 on the season.

The SUNY Cortland Women's Tennis team lost to St. Lawrence 9-0 yesterday in Canton.

The TC3 Baseball team dropped both ends of a doubleheader with OCC yesterday by scores of 11- and 8-4. Moravia grad Sam Allen drove in the lone Panthers run in game 1.

The TC3 Softball team also fell twice to OCC by scores of 14-5 and 18-7. In game 1, Groton grad Ruthanne Forehand homered and Newfield alum Kerrie Snyder tripled for the Panthers. In Game two, Lansing alum Taylor Policay cracked a three-run homer for TC3. Macey Morse (Fabius/Pompey) and Angela Everhart (Ithaca) collected two hits apiece in the doubleheader for the Panthers.

The Marathon Baseball team beat Moravia 8-6 yesterday.

Dryden's Nick Muldoon took home titles in the 110 meter and 400 meter Hurdles events at the Marathon Spring Fling Outdoor Track and Field meet yesterday. For the Girls, Dryden's Amy Yatsko claimed titles in the 100 Meter and 200 Meter Dashes.
In Minor League Baseball yesterday, Scranton Wilkes Barre beat Syracuse 7-2 and Binghamton dumped New Hampshire 9-2. Those series both continue tonight.

In the AHL tonight, Wilkes Barre/Scranton visits Syracuse and Hershey is at Binghamton.
