Ralph Wilson, long time owner of the Buffalo Bills, passed away at the age of 95 yesterday. Wilson was a co-founder of the American Football League (AFL) and is credited with initiating talks that led to the AFL/NFL merger.

Former Bills Quarterback Jim Kelly will have more surgery in an effort to combat the return of his Oral Cancer. His wife says the cancer is aggressive and is spreading.

The SUNY Cortland Women's Lacrosse team held Nazareth scoreless in the first half en route to a 14-3 win over the Golden Flyers yesterday in Rochester.Kristin Oeberg led the Red Dragons with 3 goals and an assist while Emma Hayes Hurley and Erica Geremia added 3 goals apiece. The # 2 Red Dragons are 6-0 on the season.

The SUNY Cortland Baseball team has tentatively pushed back their three game series with Plattsburgh by one day. The teams are scheduled for a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday. The start time both days is scheduled for Noon. The Softball team is schedule to open their home schedule this Friday and Saturday against Plattsburgh and Potsdam, respectively. The official status of those games is to be determined.

In the AHL tonight, St. Johns visits Syracuse.
