The Syracuse Men's Basketball team, Ranked # 11 in the nation, is the # 2 seed in this week's ACC Tournament, and will play Friday at 7pm against either North Carolina State, Miami or Virginia Tech. Follow Syracuse's Post-Season run on Oldies 101.5.
The Orange revised their travel plans yesterday and caught an early flight out of Syracuse to Greensboro this morning to avoid travel issues.
The ACC Tournament begins today with four games: Notre Dame takes on Wake Forest, Virginia Tech opposes Miami, Boston College tangles with Georgia Tech and Florida State takes on Maryland
The SUNY Cortland Baseball team beat Penn State Abington 15-0 yesterday, scoring 10 runs in the 5th inning to blow the game open. Five Red Dragons pitchers combines on a 3 hit shutout in the victory.
The SUNY Cortland Softball team take beat Catholic 8-0 in 6 innings and fell to Muskingum 9-1 yesterday in Florida. The Red Dragons are 4-2 on the trip.
Both the Baseball and Softball teams have today off. The SUNY Cortland Women's Lacrosse team is scheduled to play at Tufts today and the Men's Lacrosse team was to play RIT at the Carrier Dome tonight, but that game has been moved to 6pm tomorrow night at the Dome due to the storm.
TC3 Men's Basketball players Tyseem Lyles and Devin Reddon have been names to the NJCAA Region III team for the 2013-14 season. Lyles, the first repeat selection in TC3 history, averaged 18.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals per game while Reddon recorded double figures in scoring in 20 of the Panthers 25 games this season. He finished with an average of 143.1 points and 5 rebounds per contest this season.
In the AHL tonight, weather permitting, Binghamton is at Rochester.
