On the air tonight on Oldies 101.5, it's the home opener for Homer is they host Skaneateles at 7pm ... our coverage begins at 6:45 PM ... both teams won their opener last weekend.

Also tonight in High School Football, the Cortland purple Tigers host Solvay in their home opener.

Tomorrow, we'll present bonus coverage of Syracuse vs. Wagner College Football. The Pregame show starts at 3pm, with kickoff slated for 4 from the dome. It'll be the " Dome Opener " for the 'Cuse. Drew Allen will get the start at Quarterback for the Orange, but the coaching staff says that Terrel Hunt will be " in the mix early".

The New York Jets fell to the New England Patriots 13-10 last night in Foxboro. Quarterback Geno Smith threw three 4th quarter interceptions in the contest, The Jets will host Buffalo a week from Sunday.

Tampa Bay Linebacker Lavonte David has been fined over 7,800 dollars for his late hit on Geno Smith in the Buccaneers loss to the Jets on Sunday, which put New York in field goal range. David will appeal the fine.

In High School Sports yesterday; In Boys Soccer, Manlius-Pebble Hill edged Tully 2-1 and in Girls Soccer Marcellus Blanked Dryden 5-0, despite 9 saves from 8th Grader Sarah Westcott.
