Three pitchers scattered 8 hits as the Yankees shut out Detroit 7-0 yesterday while the Mets got a walk-off single from Marlon Byrd in their 4-3 win over Miami yesterday. The Yanks visit Cleveland while the Mets are at Philadelphia today.

The TC3 Softball team split a twin bill with Niagara Community College yesterday ... dropping the first game 9-8 while winning the second 9-4. Meanwhile, the Panthers Baseball team dropped two to Erie Community College by scores of 16-0 and 13-5.

The SUNY Cortland Baseball and Softball teams will be home tomorrow ... both taking on Ithaca College ... Softball will play two starting at 3pm while Baseball is a single game beginning at 3:30.

The Jets say thy will enforce a clause in the contract of Darelle Revis that will deny the trade-rumored D-Back up to 3 million dollars in bonuses if he doesn't attend upcoming volunteer workouts this month. Revis is expected to attend.
