The Syracuse Orange Men's Basketball team is in the NCAA Final Four for the first time since they won it all in 2003. The Orange will take on Michigan in the 8:49 tilt tomorrow night in Atlanta. The Wolverines will make their first Final Four Appearance since the days of " the Fab Four " in 1993. Michigan is coached by one-time Lemoyne boss John Beilein. Orange Pregame begins at 8pm Saturday night on Oldies 101.5..

The SUNY Cortland Men's Lacrosse team beat Western New England 16-5 at the stadium complex last night. Thirteen different players scored goals for Cortland. Zach Hopps led the way with 2 goals and 4 assists. Homer High Grads Hunter Osbourne and Conner Ferrito saw time on the field last night, with Osbourne contributing an assist. 

The SUNY Cortland Baseball team fell to Oswego 5-4 in 11 innings yesterday. The game was scoreless through 8, before Oswego came up with three in the top of the 9th. Cortland rallied to tie the game in the bottom of the inning, but the Lakers scored twice on a throwing error in the top of the 11th, and Cortland's rally in the bottom of the inning fell a run short. The Red Dragons suffered their first conference loss of the season ... and are heading into a three-game weekend series with rival Brockport, Game one is today ... start time is 3pm at Wallace Field.
Also today, the SUNY Cortland Softball team finally gets to play their home opener today when they host Fredonia State at 3pm for a doubleheader. The Blue Devils have Homer Graduate Alyssa Morgan as their starting second baseman.

The TC3 Baseball team fell in their season openers 5-0 and 2-1 at Finger Lakes C.C. yesterday.
