The Syracuse Men's Basketball team ended their three game losing streak with a 78-57 win over Depaul at the dome in their final regular season home game. James Southerland made his first start of the season and notched a "double-double" , with 22 points and 10 rebounds, CJ Fair scored 16 with 7 boards, Brandon Triche tallied 15 with 9 assists and Michael Carter-Williams added 10 points and 5 assists. The Orange Travel to Georgetown for the regular-season finale Saturday at Noon ... Orange Pregame begins at 11:30.

The Hoyas were upset last night by Villanova 67-57 and South Florida toppled U-Conn 65-51 in other Big East games last night. There are no games tonight.
The SUNY Cortland Red Dragons will host Middlebury College in the NCAA round of 32 this Saturday at Corey Gym. The Red Dragons come off a 26 point win over Elms College while Middlebury  edged Curry at home 68-66. Game time has been announced ... the teams will tip off at 3pm ... and Oldies 101.5 will carry the game starting at 2:40 ... right after the Syracuse vs. Georgetown game. The Panthers have three players averaging double-figures in scoring coming into the game while the Red Dragons have 5 players above, or close to, that same mark.

The SUNY Cortland Men's Lacrosse team scored thee times in the 4th quarter and defeated Scranton 8-3 yesterday. Freshman Zach Hoops led the # 1 Red Dragons with 2 goals and 3 assists. Cortland is 3-0 on the season.

The SUNY Cortland Women's Lacrosse team plays Union at home today at 4pm. The Red Dragons are coming off a 15-5 win over William Smith in their season opener on Tuesday.

The TC3 Men's Lacrosse game with Finger Lakes C.C. has been postponed to 4/1 due to bad field conditions. The Panthers will attempt to open with County College of Morris on Saturday.

Two TC3 Basketball players make the all-region ranks: For the Men, Tyseem Lyles becomes the first panther Freshman to make the All-Region First Team. Meanwhile, Becca Holton Tomasdottir makes the Second Team for the ladies. Both players averaged over 16 points a game this past season.
