The 23rd ranked SUNY Cortland Men's Basketball team avenged a prior loss to New Paltz by routing them 87-47 last night at Corey Gym. The win gave Cortland their 20th on the season, and their first back-to-back 20-win seasons since they did it in three straight seasons from 1998-2001. Also, the win assured the Red Dragons of no less than a share of the SUNYAC regular season title, and one win in their final two regular season games this weekend officially clinches the right to host the SUNYAC tournament Semi-Finals and Championship game.

In the Section III Girls Volleyball tournament, Cincinnatus over Living Word Academy 3-0, Tully got past South Lewis 3-1 and Fabius-Pompey fell to Sandy Creek 3-0.
