In high school football action last night, Cortland High loses by one to Chittenango 14-13. Homer over Marcellus 26-19, and Tully over the Institute of Technology Central 27-8. In boys soccer, Dryden over Union Springs 5-1. Dryden finishes their regular season at 13-1. They play next Saturday at TC3 for the IAC Championship. in girls soccer, Tully over Pulaski 3-0. In girls volleyball, Lafayette falls to Marcellus 25-27, 25-19, 25-15, and 25-17.
In womens soccer, the Cortland Red Dragons fall to Brockport 3-2 after a late goal. The mens team also didn't fare to well getting blanketed by Brockport 4-0.
Some ticket information has been released on the Cortaca Jug Game. The game this year is being held at the SUNY Cortland Stadium Complex at Noon. Our coverage will begin around 11am.

In Major League Baseball action, in the American League, The Yankees over Baltimore 3-2, they advance to face Detroit in the ALCS after they beat Oakland yesterday 6-0. In National League action, St. Lois pulls out a win to beat Washington in the 9th 9-7. They advance to the NLCS and will play San Francisco after they beat Cincinnati Yesterday 6-4
