The release date of the country tribute to Motley Crue has been pushed back from July 8th to August 19th. The 15-song complilation features the likes of Justin Moore, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Florida Georgia Line, and Brantley Gilbert, to name a few.
While flattered by the idea for Nashville Outlaws: A Tribute to Motley Crue, the rock group's frontman Vince Neil tells us the band wasn't entirely sure about how this project would go over. "It was just the thought of it. I was like, 'I don't know if this is gonna work,' and we didn't really . . . We were really hands off. We wanted the artists to kind of twist the songs and make them their own versions and it worked, you know? It was so crazy that it worked. I think each of us had our doubts, you know, until we heard the record. We were like, 'I don't know . . .,' but it turned out great."
Vince teams up with Justin Moore for his version of "Home Sweet Home," which will be Justin's next single.
He and the group shot a video for the song several weeks ago in Nashville.
