John Fogerty has rolled out a string of summer shed shows directly after he wraps his spring European tour. In addition to previously announced dates at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and a one-off joint gig with Jimmy Buffett in Frisco, Texas -- Fogerty has added nine new stops to his itinerary -- including two shows with Jackson Browne.
Fogerty will also hit Durant, Oklahoma; Atlantic City and Holmdel, New Jersey; Cincinnati and Toledo, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Wantagh and Hamburg, New York.
John Fogerty told us that whether he's featuring a classic Creedence Clearwater Revival album in its entirety or dipping into his vast catalogue, bringing songs in and out of the set each night keeps things fresh for him, his band, and his fans: "Having a bit more of a rotation really does appeal to me. I think that -- put it this way, over the years I've had so many people yelling out songs that weren't part of the normal show. And I finally just decided maybe it was time to just kind of update, whatever."
