The Moody Blues will release a massive box set on June 3rd, called Timeless Flight. The collection features 11 remastered CD's, three DVD's, three audio DVD's featuring 5.1 Surround sound mixes of their key albums, along with a deluxe 120-page book chronicling the band's history.
Although the Moody Blues have sold millions of albums over the decades and continue to perform sold out shows across the globe, they remain one of many classic rock bands still not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -- despite being eligible since 1989. Frontman Justin Hayward told us he's not losing any sleep at the band not being inducted: "The people who vote to put people in the Hall Of Fame - it's about whether you like a band or something. I don't know whether it's about any kind of merit or record sales or public reaction or anything like that. It'd be nice if we got there, but somehow I can't see it, and I think there's a few people before us yet, so I can't say that it actually bothers me."
