Emmylou Harris is being blamed for a hit-and-run fender bender in Los Angeles that took place a couple months ago. TMZ.com reports the L.A. County District Attorney's office is investigating the October 1st incident that happend on the city's busy 405 Freeway.

 

The other driver filed a police report claiming that the Grammy-winner took off, while Emmylou's spokesperson told TMZ that it was a "minor traffic accident," and that Emmylou "unintentionally rubbed bumpers with another vehicle." The singer reportedly didn't realize she had actually made contact with the other car.

 

Emmylou has since reported the accident to her insurance company.
