The first ever Soul Train Cruise was announced for February 2013 and it quickly sold out which has prompted promoters to announce a second cruise that will leave from San Diego, California, from October 5th to 12th. According to the SmoothJazzNetwork.com, the new cruise will feature performances by Earth, Wind & Fire, Gladys Knight, Jeffrey Osborne, Freddie Jackson, The Whispers, Billy Paul, Jody Watley, Regina Belle and others.

 

In related news, Earth, Wind & Fire, who was recently inducted in Goldmine magazine's Hall of Fame, will be performing a New Year's Eve concert at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY.
