La Toya Jackson has threatened to sue Vanity Fair -- who ran a story saying that La Toya raided her brother Michael's home shortly after his death. The magazine said that La Toya went to Michael's house and filled plastic bags with cash. La Toya sent off a cease-and-desist letter to the magazine, claiming that the article titled "Estate of Siege" is "replete with misstatements of fact, false innuendos, and defamatory insinuations."

 

La Toya said in the letter that the allegations are nothing but lies and she wants a retraction. If the magazine doesn't retraact, she will sue.
