Amber Alert Issued For Two Amish Girls Abducted in St. Lawrence County
State Police have issued an Amber Alert for two Amish girls abducted in the North Country Wednesday evening. 
Troopers say the incident happened in the St. Lawrence County town of Oswegatchie along State Hwy. 812/Mount Alone Road at about 7:20 p.m.
State Police say the two amish girls went to their roadside stand to wait on a customer in a white, 4-door sedan. A witness says they saw a passenger in the sedan throw something in the back, then get in the back seat. The car left and the victims were gone. 
The girls ages 12 and 7 were last seen wearing traditional amish dark blue dresses with blue aprons and black bonnets. they both have brown hair and brown eyes. The older child is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs about 90 pounds. The younger girl is approximately 4 feet tall and weighs about 50 pounds and has a round scar on her forehead and is missing her front teeth.
Investigators are going through sex offender records for the area, the license plate on the vehicle is unknown.
