Cortland Police Seeking Info on Stolen Wickwire Pool Cleaner
Cortland Police are asking the public for information in connection with an expensive pool vacuum that was stolen from the Wickwire Pool in Cortland last night.
 
City police say sometime between 7 o'clock last night and 5 o'clock this morning someone climbed over the fence at the pool at Suggett Park. The suspect then cut the cord and stole an automatic pool vacuum that is left to clean the pool overnight. 
 
The pool cleaner is a Ultra Max Jr. submersible Pool Cleaner, it's blue and white in color and has rubber tracks. It is valued at $4000 dollars.
 
If anyone has any information they are asked to call police at 753-8307.
