Man Charged With Illegally Entering Cincinnatus Home and School Building
A Town of Pitcher man is facing multiple trespass charges after entering a home in Cincinnatus and the Cincinnatus Central School building.

35 year old Francisco Rodriquez of 389 State Route 23, Pitcher was arrested Tuesday and charged  with two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass.
On Monday, Cortland County Sheriff Officer’s received a report of someone that had entered a home at 5949 State Route 23 in the Town of Cincinnatus without permission.
Police say the resident there was outside and was approached by Rodriquez who asked for a drink of water. The resident went into the house to retrieve the water and moments later found Rodriquez inside the house. 
During the investigation officers learned that Rodriquez entered the Cincinnatus Central School after school hours, without consent and walked around school.  Rodriquez approached and alarmed several staff members, he left the school without incident. 
Rodriquez was arrested for the original trespass complaint  and was arraigned at the Town of Taylor Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $500 cash bail, $1,000 insurance bond. Later he was rearrested for the trespass incident at the school and was rearriganed. This time bail was set at $1,000 cash bail, $2,000 insurance bond. 
Rodriquez has posted bail, Police say residents are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior in the area.
