Man Accused of Using Bogus Credit Card at Cortland Store
A New York City man is facing felony charges in Cortland after he was caught with a fake credit card Wednesday.
 
Cortland City Police have charged 26 year old Xavier McKay of 114 West St., Manhattan with felony counts of possessing a forged instrument and identity theft. McKay was also charged with marijuana possession.
 
Cortland City Police say McKay attempted to use a fake credit card at the Dollar General Store on Homer Avenue yesterday.
 
The store called police after the card was rejected. McKay was awaiting arraignment today in City Court.
