Liverpool Man Charged Following Preble Burglary
An Onondaga County man is facing felony charges in conection with a burglary in the Town of Preble.

Cortland County Sheriff's Investigators say on Friday they arrested  William J. Marshall of Liverpool, New York on felony counts of burglary in the 2nd degree and grand larceny in the 4th degree. 
Marshall was arrested after breaking into a residence on Steager Road in back on April 2nd or April 3rd.
Police say  Marshall stole a wallet that contained several credit cards along with the personal ID of the owner. There was no damage or injuries reported as a result of the break in. The owner was at home during the incident.
Marshall is accused of using the stolen credit cards at several locations throughout Onondaga County. 
Marshall was located while he was shopping at Wal-Mart in Cortland. He was awaiting arraignment.
