Cortland County Man Charged With Producing Meth Following Traffic Stop
A Town of Cincinnatus man is accused producing the drug methamphetamine.

On Tuesday Cortland County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 47 year old William Boyd, of 5374 Deer Path Lane.
 
Deputies stopped Boyd for a vehicle and traffic violation on Port Watson Street in the City of Cortland, his vehicle did not have a visible inspection sticker and his registration was suspended. 
 
Upon further investigation, Deputies found Boyd in possession of several items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
 
Boyd was charged with a felony count of unlawfully manufacturing of methamphetamine; operating with outiInsurance, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninspected motor vehicle, all violations. 
 
Boyd was arraigned in the Town of Cortlandville Court and sent to County Jail on  $5,000 cash or 10,000 bond. He was scheduled to return to Cortland City Court yesterday.
