Time Warner Cable Rejects Buyout Bid From Charter Comm.

Time Warner Cable customers could find their service under new ownership, Charter Communications has offered $61.3 billion dollars to acquire Time Warner Cable.
However, Time Warner CEO Rob Marcus has rejected what he called the low ball offer.
If the deal were to go through it would be the largest cable merger since 2001.
Cable giant Comcast is also rumored to be interested in purchasing Time Warner, Charter and Comcast could break up the company and add regional markets.
